Founded in 1985 by the Balducci family, Mangusta was born with a clear vision: to combine Italian craftsmanship and a drive for innovation to bring the dreams of yacht owners around the world to life through unique vessels. With roots dating back to the 1950s, the shipyard has evolved from sporty composite yachts to steel and aluminium lines designed for long-range cruising. From one generation to the next, leadership has remained firmly in the hands of the family—now in its third generation—ensuring continuity, loyalty to the founding values, and a pioneering spirit.
MANGUSTA YACHTS deliverd more than 300 yachts the past 40 years.
The MANGUSTA 108 is a sporty maxi-open by Overmarine . First deliverd in 2004 and previously known simply as King, the yacht's lines have become renowned for its sleek and aggressive exterior profile, designed by Stefano Righini Design, while the naval architecture and waterlines were developed by Andrea Bacigalupo. Built entirely of fiberglass, the yacht has a maximum beam of 7,01 meters and a draft of just 1,22 meters, allowing her to easily navigate even in shallow waters, which are off-limits to many vessels in her segment.
With an internal volume of 181 gross tons, it has been designed to accommodate up to nine guests in four comfortable cabins as well as a crew of up to five members in dedicated accommodation. The MANGSTA 108 is powered by two powerful MTU engines, boasts a cruising speed of 32 knots and a top speed of 37 knots.
