We stand behind the quality of our products. You may return any defective item at any time within 28 days of its receipt. All returns require an issued RMA prior to its return.

 If we sent you the wrong product, size or if the item arrived defective, first let us just say, we apologize for that!  We will send a replacement or credit your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original condition. Return shipping costs will be covered or reimbursed to the original method of payment received. will credit the customer with applicable return shipping cost. These do not include packing or packaging costs. will also pay the applicable return shipping costs for returns as a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).

 Variations in item color, material blend, print location (when specified such as front or back) sizing and design size perspective, etc. is not considered defective. Items that have be worn and/or washed or contain stains or tears cannot be returned. Items that are considered defective include, faulty stitching of unworn AND unwashed garments, improper location of design ordered (when specified front or back), separation of printing from unworn AND unwashed garments, completely wrong color of garment (such as white when black was ordered), etc.. 


Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) are required for ALL returns.  ALL packages must be clearly labeled with the appropriate RMA number.  If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return your defective item for replacement or credit.


SHIPPING can ship to nearly any address in the world. Note, there are some restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to licensing or other legal agreements.  Additional shipping limitations and policies are as follows:

  • Unless otherwise specified by the customer, will determine the method of transport. 
  • Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
  • All shipments are subject to handling charges and insurance worth 100% of the shipment value. If customer declines to purchase insurance, the customer is 100% responsible for the value of any shipment lost or damaged.
