HOW DO I ORDER ON SHIRTMON.COM?

  1. Choose the item category you are interested in.
  2. Click the thumbnail of the shirt or design you would like to purchase.
  3. Choose the size, color, style (if applicable) and print location (if applicable).
  4. Add the item to your cart by choosing (“clicking”) the "Add To Cart" button.
  5. Continue shopping until you are ready to check out.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Apple Pay, SAMSUNG Pay and Google pay.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Every item and design is selected, inspected and made-to-order by hand in our USA facility. Our typical production time is 2 to 3 business days for “in-stock” items, though we strive to produce and ship orders within 24 hours, whenever possible. During the holidays and other busy seasons, printed orders may take 1-2 weeks to process and ship.

Larger orders (50+ printed items) and special-order items take longer to produce and ship. Please contact us for shipping estimates on larger orders.

Orders placed for “in-stock” items placed with “PRIORITY PROCESSING & 2-DAY SHIPPING” by 12 pm PST on a business day, are shipped the same day. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays. The Rush shipping option will only affect time in production and shipment of the order. The actual shipping, handling and delivery time is dependent upon the freight carrier.

 DO YOU TAKE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

We stand behind our product quality. Should your item be defective, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required.  Contact Us so we can issue the appropriate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Shipments without appropriate RMA are not accepted. Because every one of our shirts are made-to-order, we are no longer issue RMA for non-defective items.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS RETURNED TO SENDER OR UNDELIVERABLE?

Please check for accuracy when entering your shipping address. Any order returned to us due to non-delivery may require a re-shipping fee of equal or lesser value than the original shipping fee. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you and arrange for reshipment. Returned or abandoned shipments will not be refunded.

HOW CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

Please Contact Us immediately concerning any order modification requests. If your order is already in production, we may not be able to edit or cancel it before shipping. Order modifications are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. We cannot cancel or modify an order once it has shipped.

WHAT IS THE SIZING OF YOUR SHIRTS? 

Sizing charts for each item can be found within the item’s description. The size perspective of our designs varies with size of item ordered. Please check the sizing chart on each product page to determine the best size for you.

WHAT MATERIAL(S) ARE YOUR SHIRTS MADE FROM?

Most of our clothing is made from a premium blend of cotton and polyester. The blend content varies depending on style and color. Some garments are made from 100%polyester of 100%cotton. All product descriptions detail the material of that specific product.

ARE YOUR DESIGNS CUSTOMIZABLE?

Due to licensing agreements, our designs are approved by the licensor and cannot be altered.
