The Orca might be the most famous fishing boat in cinema. The movie Jaws is an American hit movie in 1975 by Steven Spielberg, who was only 27 years old at that time, based on Peter Benchley’s 1974 novel of the same name. The story was about a giant man-eating great white shark that attacks beachgoers on Amity Island, then the Orca was commanded by shark hunter Quint, police chief Martin Brody to hunt it with the help of a marine biologist Hooper

A veteran sailor during World War II, Quint was returning to his home port, was torpedoed by a Japanese submarine. Quint alone survived and spent a painful time at sea with just a life jacket. For weeks, Quint was amongst a fleet of killer sharks.

Now you can get the Orca boat from Jaws movie for your collection. This boat has been handmade with highest details by our master craftsmen. We handcrafted this nicely detailed boat model from scratch using historical photographs, drawings, and the original plan. In addition, we selected the finest woods and materials to build this model. Also, we use plank-on-frame construction method, which is similar to the building of the actual boat.  The model is not used and is ready for RC equipment installation (not included).  The model may contain additional details such as additional hooks, barrels, poles, etc. 

Each model requires hundreds of hours to finish and must go through a demanding quality control process before leaving the workshop. She is sitting on a solid wood stand and is ready to display. It’ll make a perfect gift for home or office decorator, boat enthusiast, or passionate collector. 

The Orca has many details and can be converted to Radio Control. Here are some features:

• The boat has a complete interior: table, bench, chair made from wood and brass, shark case, fishing rod…
• There is an LED prewired on top of the mast, cabin openable to install more LEDs (power supply not included)
• Hull built from plank-on-frame method and openable for Radio Control purpose, epoxy applied inside and outside for waterproof
• RC READY - hatched open for easy installation of RC equipment and motor (not included)
• 100% hand built from scratch using plank-on-frame method by skillful master craftsmen

• Fittings, trimmings, steering wheels, and propellers are made of sculpted metals and other materials
